Not legal advice. ListingLint is an automated, rule-based word check built from HUD's 1995 advertising guidance, 24 CFR § 100.75, and published REALTOR®/MLS word lists. It can't judge every context, it can miss things, and state and local laws add protected classes. A clean result doesn't make an ad compliant. You're responsible for what you publish; when in doubt, ask your broker or a fair housing attorney.
